Street food initiative for prisoners

Men in two London prisons are being trained to start up street food businesses after they are released. The Streets Ahead programme is run by KERB+, a not-for-profit social enterprise whose aim is to ‘cook up social impact through street food’, in partnership with McCain, the family-owned producer of frozen chips.
